This week, we start a new C in Consistency. Our focus is on your organization. We talk through the importance of getting things right every person, every time. How often an organization delivers on their promises and follows through helps determine the impact they have on their customers.

We'll talk about delivering consistency through people-driven and people-measured processes while making deposits into the experience accounts to drive relationships and build loyalty. The path an organization takes from Satisfaction to Experience to Relationship to Loyalty help determine the consistency of the experience and return Guests.

This week, we continue on the C of Consistency and focus on you as a leader. We'll talk about the decisions you make and how import the communication of those decisions might be. Determining a path of success for consistency can rely on the people you have on your team. Recognizing their talents and aligning them to the outcomes you wish to experience is key in your success as a leader.

Building training consistently can help both the trainers and the leaners. This helps establish a pattern that can be shared and measured. Be careful not to use a test as consistency in how much the learners gained. Rather, sprinkle in some activities that demonstrate knowledge and engage your learners so they are ready to use the material when they leave the training.

Our C of the week is Consistency and we are talking about how it impacts your team. We will talk about how important it is to be consistent in how you deliver on key aspects of your job and how it relates to my time in Costuming. As you look for ways to ensure consistency, remember that consistency in delivery impacts satisfaction and loyalty measures both internally and externally.

How you measure your team's success is dependent on your team's role in the overall experience as well as how your partners perceive the impact to their job. Your team and partners will help guide the experience and enable you to exceed expectations through every experience your team touches. Consistency is key to the growth of your team.
